Coffee: 15gr
Heat the water up to 92-93 °C. We place the V60 on top of our server.
Place the paper coffee filter in the V60.
Rinse the filter with water to eliminate the taste of paper and for our utensils to warm up. Throw away the water that is in our server.
Grind the coffee.
Place the coffee into the paper filter.
Place the server and V60 on the scale and turn it down to zero.
Set the timer and at the same time pour the hot water over the ground coffee, trying to get the water all over the coffee.
With a steady flow and circular movements we pour the water over until the scale reaches 190 gr and when the timer shows 1.05’ we pour over the remaining water.
We are ready to serve.
