Heat water up to 92-93 °C.
Place paper filter in the V60.
Rinse with water to eliminate the taste of paper and for our utensils to warm up.
Grind the coffee
Place the coffee in the filter.
Put in the server 110gr of ice.
Place the server and the v60 on the scale and turn it down to zero.
Start the timer and at the same time pour the warm water over the ground coffee trying to get the water all over the coffee. Wait for 30’’.
With a steady flow and circular movements we continue to pour over the water until the scale reaches 150gr and at 1.05’ add the rest of the water.
We serve in a glass with an iceball.
