Heat the water up to 90-91 °C. Place the paper filter in the aeropress.
Rinse with water to eliminate the taste of paper and for our utensils to warm up.
Place the aeropress on top of our server without the top part. We throw away the water in our server.
Grind the coffee.
Place the coffee in the aeropress.
Place the server and aeropress on the scale and turn it down to zero.
Start the timer and at the same time pour the water over the ground coffee trying to get the water all over the coffee.
Lightly stir.
With a steady flow and circular movements pour water until the scale reaches 230 gr and stir again.
Place the top part of the aeropress and at 1 ½’ press down steadily.
We are ready to serve.
